What we offer is so unique, making our Luxury homes highly affordable and easy to own.
We turn away from the recent style of congesting multiple homes over a vast terrain with its associated cost share and service charge challenges. With Luxury Homes, you enjoy a unique design, and you enjoy your privacy.

Payment Option 1
- Choose a Luxury home
- Schedule to complete and pass our Home Purchase Risk Assessment Exercise
- Acquaint yourself with our Sales & Purchase Terms & Conditions
- Authenticate the Luxury home Sale & Purchase Agreement
- Pay fully within one (1) year, and enjoy two and a half percent (2.5%) discount on the reduced price stated for your Luxury home.
- As you schedule your payments in tranches across your chosen time period, your payments shall be within period not exceeding six (6) months from date of previous payment, whilst payments at any time point shall not be less than ten percent (10%) of the reduced price stated for your Luxury home.
- Complete your payment
- Handing Over and relevant Documents, including Operation & Maintenance Manuals.
Payment Option 2
- Choose a Luxury home
- Schedule to complete and pass our Home Purchase Risk Assessment Exercise
- Acquaint yourself with our Sales & Purchase Terms & Conditions
- Authenticate the Luxury home Sale & Purchase Agreement
- Pay fully within two (2) years, the reduced price stated for your Luxury home.
- As you schedule your payments in tranches across your chosen time period, your payments shall be within period not exceeding six (6) months from date of previous payment, whilst payments at any time point shall not be less than ten percent (10%) of the reduced price stated for your Luxury home.
